Capital Project Electrical Supply & Execution

Advanced Manufacturing Partners (AMP) is a capital-project electrical supply and project execution partner built specifically for large, complex, schedule-driven projects. We work with EPCs, major contractors, owners, end users, manufacturers, and strategic distribution partners to help coordinate electrical procurement and execution from early engineering and sourcing through manufacturing, logistics, delivery, and project completion.

Serving Capital ProjectsUnlike a traditional electrical distributor or manufacturers’ representative, AMP operates through a flexible hybrid supply model. Some manufacturers sell directly to EPCs, owners, and major project customers, while others require their products to move through authorized distribution. AMP works within both models, evaluating the requirements of the project and developing the appropriate supply path for each manufacturer and product package. The project is not forced into a predetermined distribution structure—the supply strategy is built around the project.

That approach allows AMP to look beyond individual products and purchase orders. We evaluate the broader electrical package in the context of engineering specifications, approved manufacturers, project schedules, manufacturing capacity, long-lead exposure, commercial requirements, logistics, staging, and construction sequencing. The objective is to identify the combination of manufacturers, products, supply channels, and execution strategies that best supports the project.

AMP also provides a central point of coordination across multiple manufacturers, product categories, supply channels, and logistics providers. From submittals and approvals through manufacturing, testing, release, shipment, staging, and final delivery, we help maintain visibility into critical equipment and material, identify potential supply-chain and schedule risks earlier, and coordinate material movement with actual construction requirements.

Our capabilities span major electrical infrastructure categories including power distribution, transformers, wire and cable, cable management and raceway, grounding and electrical infrastructure, renewable and energy infrastructure, and specialty engineered solutions. Through a growing network of manufacturers, technical resources, distribution partners, and logistics providers, AMP can address requirements that extend beyond the standard offering of a conventional electrical distributor.

The result is a different approach to electrical supply: one project, multiple manufacturers, multiple supply channels, and one point of coordination. AMP brings decades of electrical-industry experience together with a flexible operating model designed around the realities of major capital projects—helping customers reduce procurement complexity, improve supply-chain visibility, manage execution risk, and keep critical electrical material aligned with the project schedule.

BUILT AROUND THE PROJECT—NOT THE TRANSACTION

Large capital projects require more than product availability. They require early sourcing decisions, manufacturer capacity, technical alignment, documentation, schedule visibility, logistics planning, and coordinated delivery.

AMP Was Built Specifically Around Those Requirements

We work with project teams from early engineering and budgeting through procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and final delivery—helping reduce complexity across the electrical supply chain.

Who We Support

AMP works with the organizations responsible for planning, sourcing, constructing, and delivering complex electrical projects, including the following.

Owners & Developers

We support complex project requirements from early planning through execution.

Major Contractors

We coordinate electrical supply around construction schedules and jobsite requirements.

EPCs

We support engineering, procurement, sourcing, documentation, and delivery requirements.

Mission-Critical Teams

We help protect schedules where reliability and supply-chain visibility matter.

OUR OBJECTIVE ISN’T TO HAVE
THE LONGEST LINE CARD IN THE INDUSTRY

IT’S TO SOLVE MORE OF THE PROJECT

The AMP Difference

Built Around the Project—Not the Transaction

Every major capital project has different specifications, approved manufacturers, schedules, delivery requirements, and supply-chain constraints. AMP builds the sourcing and procurement strategy around those requirements.

Engineered Sourcing

Sourcing strategies built around project requirements, specifications, schedules, and approved manufacturers.

Project Procurement

Coordinated procurement across multiple electrical product categories and manufacturers.

Supply-Chain Visibility

Better visibility into manufacturing, schedules, material status, and potential project risks.

Logistics & Delivery

Delivery planning, staging, and logistics coordinated around the needs of the project.

Project Visibility

Know Where Your Project Stands

On a major capital project, placing the order is only the beginning. Critical electrical equipment may move through engineering review, submittals, approvals, manufacturing, testing, release, shipment, staging, and delivery before it ever reaches the jobsite. A delay or missed milestone anywhere in that process can affect the project schedule.Project Visibility

AMP helps maintain visibility across that entire process. We coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and project teams to track critical equipment and material from procurement through final delivery.

That visibility can include:

  • Submittal and approval status
  • Manufacturing schedules and production milestones
  • Testing and release requirements
  • Long-lead equipment and potential schedule risks
  • Shipment status and expected delivery dates
  • Staging and storage requirements
  • Delivery sequencing and jobsite coordination
  • Issues requiring action by the manufacturer, supplier, or project team

The goal is not simply to report what has already happened. It is to identify potential problems early enough for the project team to respond.

By bringing information from multiple manufacturers and supply channels into a more coordinated project view, AMP helps customers understand what is on track, what needs attention, and where supply-chain issues could affect construction.

Visibility Reduces Project Risk

Better information supports better decisions—and gives project teams more time to address problems before they become schedule problems.

Logistics - Project Delivery

Logistics

Procurement Doesn’t End at the Factory Door

A product delivered at the wrong time can create nearly as much project disruption as a product delivered late. AMP considers logistics part of the procurement strategy from the beginning.

Through our logistics network, AMP can coordinate services based on the requirements and construction schedule of the project, including:

  1. Manufacturer pickup
  2. Dedicated transportation
  3. Specialized freight
  4. Consolidation
  5. Storage
  6. Staging
  7. Scheduled releases
  8. Multi-site delivery
  9. Final mile
  10. Jobsite coordination

AMP remains the customer’s point of coordination while specialized logistics partners support execution.

The goal is simple: Get the right material to the right place at the point the construction schedule requires it.

Supply Network

The Right Manufacturer for the Requirement

Major capital projects rarely fit neatly within a single manufacturer’s product portfolio. Different equipment packages may have different technical specifications, approved manufacturers, lead times, commercial requirements, and distribution channels. Building the right supply strategy requires looking across the project—not simply starting with a predetermined line card.

AMP works across a growing network of manufacturers, OEMs, manufacturer representatives, specialty suppliers, distribution partners, engineering resources, and logistics providers. This gives us the flexibility to evaluate requirements individually while also considering how each sourcing decision affects the broader project.

For some requirements, the right solution may be sourced directly from the manufacturer. Others may need to move through authorized distribution or a specialized supply channel. AMP works within these different models to develop a supply path appropriate for the manufacturer, the product, and the project.

Our approach considers more than whether a product meets the specification. We also evaluate manufacturer capabilities, production capacity, lead times, technical support, commercial requirements, logistics, delivery schedules, and potential supply-chain risks.

That flexibility becomes especially valuable when a project includes multiple electrical product categories. Rather than forcing the project into one manufacturer’s offering or one distribution model, AMP can help coordinate multiple manufacturers and supply channels as part of a broader project strategy.

Experience

Across the Electrical Supply Chain

AMP’s leadership brings decades of experience across electrical distribution, manufacturing relationships, major capital projects, strategic accounts, operations, warehousing, logistics, project management, and supply-chain execution.

That experience spans nearly every point between the manufacturer and the jobsite.

AMP is being built around what that experience has taught us:

  • Focus creates expertise
  • Visibility reduces project risk
  • Execution matters as much as procurement
